Repair of existing period tile floors and articulated ceilings. Restoration of facade balcony doors to include dual-paned glass. Insertion of new energy-efficient windows on interior elevations. Selection of furnishings, fixtures, and finishes. Interiors recently updated with new color design scheme and selected new furnishings.
