Interim interiors and completed plans for a house project for a long-time, repeat client. Proposed major renovations and new interiors for a 1950’s beach house on the water. Project slated to include new Pacific Coast Highway facade; re-thinking of existing space; new Kitchen; new Master Bedroom and Master Bath suite, including new, enlarged ocean-facing deck; and alterations to a land-facing roof-top deck. Project canceled after extensive mechanical upgrades and minor alterations to the home due to purchase of a much larger new house in the area.
